Environment and healthy sector :
The province suffers much from lack of the specialized medical staff in addition to the lack of hospitals and density of the population in districts and sub districts ( katha’a and nahiya ). It encourages to invest in heaithy sector as explained by data and numbers :
1. Number of hospitals in the province are (11).
2. Number of the main healthy centers are (13).
3. Number of healthy medical branches are (79).
4. Number of beds in the province hospitals are ( 1,388 ).

Medical and health staffs in the province :
1. Number of doctors for all specializations are (549) doctor and doctresses.
2. Number of dentists are (140) doctor and doctresses .
3. Number of women and children doctors are (106) doctor and doctresses .
4. Number of pharmacist are (160) men and women.
5. Number of women nurses are (840) nurses.
6. Number of nursing staff are (2,000) persons.
7. Number of nurses for dentists are (560) nurses.
8. Number of the healthy profession persons are (595).
