General Authority for Investment in Anbar |
Investment Authority was formed in Anbar
province, based on the first and second
paragraph of Article V of the Investment Law
No. 13 of 2006. A body that has the moral
personality are linked to the Governor of
Anbar and under the control of the
provincial council.
The functions of the Board: - |

1 - To promote investment and transfer
modern technologies to contribute to the
development process. |

2 - Encouraging the Iraqi private sector and
foreign investment in the province. |

the people of the province. |

council for the selection of members of the
group nominated by the governor of Anbar and
