Conditions that must be available to presenting for an investment project :-

1. The project must presenting by the company exclusively, and presenting documents of incorporation of the Iraqi       company (certificate of incorporation, the identity category, civil status identity card, certificate of civil status of the company's owner, and the card housing, the ration card) and If it was a foreign company ,should that be authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs or registered in the registry of Iraqi companies.
2. Data of the project must provided , prepare a feasibility study for the project, and provide a timetable for completing the project.
3. Prepare designs and architectural interfaces with aesthetic that suite the origin cultural and architectural of and approval from the engineers syndicate / Anbar branch .
4. Required in commercial establishments and services that are at least four floors.
5. Fill out a form for the investment project and distributed in the commission.
6. Provide financial efficiency from a supported bank .
